What is CaseDesk

CaseDesk is a private AI platform for software teams. It provides one trusted API surface, routing, policy controls, and operational visibility over the AI runtime your organisation or provider controls.

Product journey​

Developer Sandbox: a free deterministic API test with separate cd_test_ credentials. It validates client compatibility but does not run a live model.

Connected Trial: a qualified 14-day trial through an existing endpoint in your cloud, provider, cluster, or VM. Your organisation pays the runtime bill.

Connected Production: the same verified endpoint continues after commercial approval. CaseDesk charges prepaid platform fees; your provider continues to bill you for model and infrastructure use.

Key capabilities​

  • Compatible APIs: OpenAI-compatible requests today, with account-level routing selected by the requested model.
  • Separate credentials: sandbox, trial, and production access are distinct.
  • Regional control: choose a customer-controlled runtime and declare its region and data boundary before activation.
  • Fail-closed billing: paid routing stops before dispatch when CaseDesk credit is insufficient; it never substitutes a different runtime.
  • Operational clarity: connection verification and trial status make payer, endpoint, and service boundary visible.

CaseDesk is not a GPU reseller. It does not charge a percentage of your AWS, cloud VM, or hardware invoice.
